DRAWING REQUESTS: RESULTS!
Hay guys :D I've returned from my vacation! I actually finished these a few days ago, but I haven't had a moment to scan 'em. Anyway...

For Emily, since you requested an icon! I've only just started the case so I don't know anything about his character. Supposed to be a "Who, meee?" type of shot.

I'm sorry that I didn't get to color everyone's! My excuse: in the end I felt that in my style, greyscale would suit some of the characters more.

I hope you all like them - something I enjoy the most is giving my interpretation to an existing design, but moreso when it's not a commercial character that you see 32936289 versions of on deviant art!

Also, this:

I finally beat Case 5 from the first Phoenix Wright game (sheesh, that took me like a month!), but to my joy Emily got me the next game for my birthday! Armed with that, like 2139861 borrowed volumes of Et Cetera, and Venture Bros Season 2, I should have plenty of things to keep me from working this month. Hurrr hur

PW1 was translated and spruced-up by Alexander O. Smith, probably the best video game translator working right now. Capcom gave him the boot for part 2 and used an in-house team of three people, one of whom was responsible for Devil May Cry.

They replaced the witty jokes with Internet memes, the name puns aren't very good--Luke Atmey? Come on!--and there are a number of pretty obvious typos. You get a pretty obvious feeling that PW2 lacks the polish and professionalism of PW1. PW3 is much improved over PW2, and Apollo Justice marks the return of Alexander O. Smith (though as an addition to a team, rather than reprising his solo act, so some typos remain.)

Don't let me get you down on the game, because it's still very good. I'm just saying that it's not as good as 1 or 3.

	Aw, that kinda sucks. I haven't noticed anything yet, but I only played a little bit earlier (I've since been working on Jeane /o/ ). I haven't encountered Atmey at all, but I always see people talking about how awesome he is. What the pun in his name supposed to be? (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

It's pretty obvious early on that there's a new team. They did a more literal translation--for example, the various honorifics are represented by everyone suddenly referring to each other as Mr. or Ms. whereas PW1 had a more casual style of dialog--so there are many more awkward phrases. At least, I think they're awkward.

Atmey doesn't appear until the 3rd or so case, I think. His name pun is obvious: "look at me."
